Sponsors will receive varying levels of visibility at the conference appropriate to their investment. Please review the entitlement grid for details and select the sponsor level that's right for you!
- Platinum Level Sponsorship. ($5,000)
- Gold Level Sponsorship ($3,000)
- Welcome Reception Sponsorship ($2,000)
- Offsite Evening Event Sponsorship ($2,500)
- Host Agency Reception on Tuesday ($2,500)
- Refreshment Break or Continental Breakfast Sponsorship ($750/break )

| Exhibit Space Details |
An exhibit space includes a 6' skirted table and space will be assigned on a first paid, first served basis. Exhibits will be set up in a central location within all other conference meeting space. Power & internet for booth space is not included in booth fee and will be available for an additional charge. A form to order power and phone lines directly will be sent with your confirmation information.
- Exhibit Booths:
- Single Booth: $600.00/$700.00*
- Double Booth: $1,200.00/$1,400.00
**Rates increase after March 1st.
- Additional Attendee Registrations: $250 required for every additional attendee (above what's included in booth fee or sponsorship level). Offsite Evening Event tickets are available for $45 per person.
- Want more exposure?: Ad space is available in the Conference Final Program:
- Full Page $500.00 (8"x10.5")
- Half Page $250.00 (8"x5.5")
- Quarter Page $100.00
All ads are black & white and must be submitted by email as a pdf file.
Exhibit Set Up: Sunday, April 25th, 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Monday, April 26th before 7:00 a.m.
Exhibit Hours: Sunday Reception from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. During continental breakfast and refreshment breaks and when group is not in session, starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, and ending at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Exhibit Tear Down: After 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday |
