Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsors will receive varying levels of visibility at the conference appropriate to their investment. Please review the Sponsor & Exhibitor Brochure for details and select the sponsor level that's right for you!
  1. Platinum Level Sponsorship. ($5,000)
  2. Gold Level Sponsorship ($3,000)
  3. Banquet Sponsorship ($2,500)
  4. Sunday Welcome Reception Sponsorship ($2,000)
  5. Refreshment Break or Continental Breakfast Sponsorship ($750/break )
Directors Event Sponsorships:
During the conference, invitation-only breakfast and luncheons for Directors are available for sponsorship. A great opportunity for exposure to the State Directors - the leaders in fish and wildlife management.
  • Directors’ Breakfast (Monday, Tuesday) Directors’ Luncheons (Monday, Tuesday) — $3,000 each. Indicate preference for meal and date on the registration form.
  • Recognition as a meal sponsor will include company logo on signage/website, brief profile in final program guide, display of materials during sponsored event, and 1 complimentary registration.
Exhibitor Information
  • Exhibit Booths: Single Booth: $750.00/$850.00 Double Booth: $1,400.00/$1,600.00 (early/late) **Early Rate is valid prior to March 1st; Late Rate is applicable after March 1, 2013.
  • Additional Attendee Registrations: $300 required for every additional attendee (above what’s included in booth fee or sponsorship level).
  • Banquet tickets are available for $55 per person.
  • Want more exposure?: Ad space is available in the Conference Final Program: Full Page $500.00 (8"w x10.5"h); Half Page $250.00 (8"w x5.5"h); Quarter Page $100 (5"w x 3.75"h).
