Program

Related Meeting Requests | Not yet open!

Related meeting requests will be accepted for committees and working groups, universities, organizations, agencies, and others interested in holding a meeting or social function in association with the 80th Annual Northeast Fish & Wildlife Conference.

Meeting room space is limited; requests for meeting space will be handled in the order they are received. NOTE: The NEAFWA program will now run through Wednesday and will adjourn at noon to allow more time for related meetings. First choice options for date and time may not always be possible. Please indicate a “second choice” in the space provided on the form.

Workshop Proposals | Not yet open!

Workshops, if approved, will be scheduled for Sunday of the conference (April 20, 2025) so as not to conflict with the technical sessions and other primary program elements. Please note, we are planning for a fully in person conference and can’t guarantee a virtual option will be available. Meeting room space is limited; requests will be handled in the order they are received and will be evaluated for conference relevance.

PLEASE NOTE: workshop acceptance is at the sole discretion of the host team and is not guaranteed.

Workshops: provide training on a specific skill, technique, or process and may involve one or more instructors. Workshops are intended to emphasize learning through participation, discussion, and "hands-on" activities. Attendance at workshops is by advance registration only.

Responsibilities of Workshop Organizers: Organizers are responsible for coordinating with the Program Committee, planning their workshop agenda, selecting instructors/presenters, moderating their session, and adhering to all deadlines.

Registration: All organizers and invited speakers must register for the conference.

2026 Conference Location:
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WEST VIRGINIA
