| Registration Information |
| Full conference registration fee includes the following meals and refreshments: Welcome Reception Sunday evening, Continental Breakfast and Refreshment Breaks on Monday and Tuesday, and the Poster Social and Awards Banquet on Monday evening. The One-Day conference fee includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and entry into sessions on the day indicated. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| If you need to cancel your registration, cancellations received prior to April 2, 2012 will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after April 2nd are non-refundable but substitutions will be allowed. Please call 802-865-5202 or email info@delaneymeetingevent.com to cancel your registration. |
