Call for Abstracts | Open!

Deadline for submissions: Monday, January 5, 2026, 11:59PM ET

The following presentation types will be included in the technical program for the 81st Annual Northeast Fish & Wildlife Conference: 
​
  • Oral Presentation - General Contributed Paper - a 20-minute presentation, to be assigned to a general contributed track (Track options include: Wildlife, Fisheries, Outreach & Education/R3).
  • Oral Presentation - Part of Symposium - an individual presentation to be included as part of an Organized Symposium (Overviews of the accepted symposia are posted to the conference website for reference.) 
  • Poster Display - printed display to be showcased during the Poster Session 

TIMING: Oral presentation speakers will be allotted 20 minutes each - this includes 15 minutes for the presentations and 5 minutes for Q&A and transition between speakers.

REGISTRATION: Please submit an abstract only if you plan to attend the meeting. Presenting authors must be registered for the conference on the day of their scheduled presentation.
