The Full Conference Registration and Student Registration fees include the following meals and social events:

The One-Day Registration fee includes meals and social events on the day they are attending.
The Full Conference Registration and Student Registration fees include the following meals and social events:
- Welcome Networking Event on Tuesday evening;
- Student/Professional Networking Lunch on Tuesday (RSVP required);
- Awards Ceremony and Dinner on Thursday evening;
- Attendee Lunch on Thursday and Friday;
- Coffee breaks daily

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by Monday, March 23, 2026, will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. No cancellations received after March 23rd will be refunded, but substitutions will be allowed. To request a refund, call 802-865-5202 or email [email protected].
