Registration pricing and information below is from our 2024 Conference which has passed and is for reference only. Please check back for our 2025 Conference pricing.
What's Included?
- The Full Conference Registration and Student Registration fee includes the following meals and social events: Welcome Reception on Sunday evening; Student/Professional Lunch on Monday (RSVP required); Tradeshow & Poster Social on Monday evening; Awards Ceremony & Dinner on Tuesday (NEW!); Continental Breakfast Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and coffee breaks daily.
- The One-Day Registration fee includes meals and social events on the day they are attending.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by April 5, 2024 will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. No cancellations received after April 5, 2024 will be refunded but substitutions will be allowed. To request a refund, call 802-865-5202 or email [email protected].
