MassWildlife has secured a group rate on a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough. The group room rate is $118.00 (the GSA rate for Westborough, with no government ID needed) per night plus applicable taxes. Details on how to book your room at the group rate are below.
  • If you are staying Wednesday night only: You can either call the reservations department at 508-366-5511 using reference code MWF or make the reservation online at BostonWestborough.DoubleTree.com. When you open the link, put in the arrival and departure date to make the reservation. When the rooms open up you will see “Have a special code?” on the left hand side.  In the box labeled “Group Code:” put MWF.   The Hotel’s reservation deadline is 06/23/17.  If you miss this deadline please refer to the instructions under Late Reservations.
  • If you are staying both Wednesday and Thursday night (or Thursday night only): You will need to call the group sales manager, Amy Allain directly at (508) 616-7408 to have the group rate honored for two nights.   The Hotel’s reservation deadline is 06/23/17.  If you miss this deadline please refer to the instructions under Late Reservations.
  • Late Reservations: Reservations must be made no later than 6/23/17 to ensure room availability and the group rate.  If you miss this deadline, you may email Doubletree by Hilton Westborough directly or call Amy Allain to check availability to see if they can honor the rate.  Doubletree will make the decision to honor the group rate for late reservations based on availability.

Cancellation policy:  If you do not check in, you will be charged for the first night of no-shows and any room cancellations made within 24 hours before the Arrival Date.
